When they called it a "stimulus package"...
...they really hit the mark for once. Apparently when Americans are depressed about their economic prospects thanks to eight years of the George W Bush Simian Extravaganza and they score little extra dough, they like to use said dough for a little stimulation. Most aptly named government program. Ever.
